RENTAL AND BOOKING

​1. How can I book a motorhome?

You can book online through our reservation system available on the homepage.

Simply select your desired dates, check availability, and follow the instructions. You can also contact us for assistance with your booking.

 

2. What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 3 days.

 

3. Is a security deposit required, and how much is it?

Yes, a security deposit of £1100 is required. The deposit is fully refundable within 7 business days after the motorhome is returned, provided there are no damages and it is returned according to the rental agreement.

 

4. What documents are required for rental?

To rent a motorhome you'll need:

a valid Category B driving license,

an ID card,

and you must be between 23 and 75 years old.

Your driving license must have been held for no less than 2 years and have no more than 6 penalty points. On the day of picking up the motorhome, you will also need to provide a DVLA check code to allow us to verify your driving record,

proof of address not older than 3 months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

 

5. Can I change or cancel my reservation? What are the conditions?

Changes or cancellations to reservations are possible under specific conditions. Please refer to our rental terms and conditions for detailed information regarding cancellation and modification policies. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

6. Can I rent the motorhome for just a few days?

Yes, the minimum rental period is 3 days. Depending on the season, we may offer flexible terms.

 

MOTORHOME– DETAILS AND EQUIPMENT

1. Which motorhome model do you offer for rent?

We offer a Ford Swift Voyager 485 (20024 year of manufacter)

 

2. How many people can travel and sleep in the motorhome?

Our motorhome is designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people for both, travel and sleeping.

 

3. What are the dimensions of the motorhome?

The dimensions of our motorhome are approximately: length of 7.54 meters (24' 9"), a width of 2.37 meters (7' 9"), and a height of 2.98 meters (9' 9"). It is built on a Ford Transit chassis and features a lightweight chassis extension. The Voyager 485 is designed for families.

 

4. What equipment is included in the motorhome?

Our motorhome is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes a functional kitchen with a fridge, freezer, sink, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, heating, and air conditioning.

The rental price includes:

* Bed linen and towels, unless you requests these not to be included.

* Toilet paper

* Coffee, tea, and sugar set

* Soap and washing-up liquid

* Sponge

* Complete set of dishes and cutlery

* Rubbish bags

* Outdoor camping table and chairs

* BBQ

* Awning

* Basic tool kit

* First aid kit

 

 5. Does the motorhome have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, our motorhome is equipped with both air conditioning for hot days and a reliable heating system for cooler nights.

 

6. Is there a toilet and shower in the motorhome?

Yes, the motorhome features a compact yet fully functional bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

 

7. Is there a kitchen in the motorhome?What's in it?

Yes, there's a fully equipped kitchen area that includes a  gas stove, refrigerator, sink with hot running water, and basic kitchenware such as  pots, frying pan, plates, cutlery.

 

PiICK-UP AND RETURN 

​

1. Where and when can I pick up and return the motorhome?

The motorhome can be picked up at Blantyre (Glasgow area).

​

 

2. What are the pick-up and return times for the motorhome?

Standard pick-up is at 2pm and return is by 10.00am. 

 

3. Is the motorhome fully fueled upon pick-up? Do I need to refuel it before returning?

Yes, the campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel. You have the option to return it without a full tank, however, a £200 fee will apply to cover the cost of refueling.

4. Do I need to clean the campervan before returning it?

We expect the campervan to be returned in a reasonably clean condition, similar to how you received it. A basic tidy-up is appreciated. Detailed cleaning instructions will be provided upon pick-up. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

 

5. What happens if the motorhome is damaged during the rental period?

In case of any damage, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps. Minor wear and tear are expected, but significant damages will be assessed against your security deposit or covered by insurance, depending on the cause and extent of the damage.

 

INSURANCE AND SAFETY

 

1. Is the  motorhome insured? What does the insurance cover?

Yes, our motorhome is fully insured. The comprehensive insurance policy covers [mention key coverages, e.g., third-party liability, basic vehicle damage]. Details of the insurance coverage and any excesses will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

 

2. What should I do in case of a breakdown or accident?

In the event of a breakdown or accident, please ensure your safety first.

Then, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance at  immediately. We will provide further instructions and support.

 

3. Can I bring pets?

 For the comfort of all our renters, pets are not allowed in the motorhome.

 

4. Is there a mileage limit?

No, there is no mileage limit, so you are free to explore as much as you like!
